What format does the list data come in?

You have a choice of XLS (Excel), CSV (comma-delimited) and tab-delimited formats. For very large lists we recommend choosing CSV since this format can easily be imported into any database or contact management program.

Can the data only be used one time?

No. You can use the business data unlimited times.

Can I resell your business data?

Our business list data is for the exclusive use of our members and cannot be distributed or resold to others.

How often are your lists updated?

Generally our business data is updated quarterly.

Are contact names included with each record?

63% of the business records include contact names. On the search form you have the option of specifying that all search results include contact names.

Am I automatically charged each year for renewals?

We do not use an automatic renewal process. You will be notified at the end of your subscription and offered an opportunity to renew your current subscription or change to a different plan.

Do all records include telephone numbers?

Yes, each record will include a telephone number.

Are email addresses included in the business lists?

We do not offer email addresses with our business data at this time.

Do you offer a refund policy?

If you are unsure if our program will work for your purposes, please join our free trial program before upgrading to a paid subscription since our paid plans are not refundable.
